Based in Herefordshire, lessons are available throught the county and neighbouring towns.
Lessons are available at several locations throughout the county. I also teach from my home in Belmont, Hereford, or have access to several practice studios.
At your home
The most popular choice is for me to visit and teach in the comfort of your own home. This gives the benefit of being taught and practicing on your own instrument without the hassle of driving, parking and traffic. Obviously owning your own instrument is a must and I do ask that it is in good useable condition in a suitable learning environment. We can discuss this during your first session if you are unsure.
I am happy to travel anywhere in Herefordshire, Ludlow & South Shropshire, Tenbury, Knighton, Hay-on Wye, Weobley, Bromyard and neighbouring counties.
At my home
You are also most welcome to have lessons at my home in Hereford. I have use of a Digital Church Organ, Piano, Harpsichord or Electronic Keyboard. Parking is plentiful and a cup of tea or coffee provided! I do however own a Black Labrador who sometimes likes to sleep under the baby grand piano..
At church
This applies to Organists or Churches where a piano is also available. Due to the nature of the instrument I am happy to visit and teach from the Church where you play and attend. This is a good chance to talk through all the quirks of the individual instrument and the space it is situated in.
It is also possible to use the Organs of Belmont Abbey or Ludlow Parish Church where I play regularly, providing there is availability.
Courtyard Theatre
With it's central Hereford city center location and good parking the Courtyard Theatre is a great space and offers a very fine Yamaha Upright & Grand Piano. Practice studios are available depending on availability in this great artistic environment.
