Fees
I charge a flat fee, no hidden extras. Pay per lesson, per month or term.
Dependant on several factors including age, ability and your location it is always best to discuss your lessons and their duration. Discounts for several family members are also available. Please also make allounces for purchasing music. Typically around £10 to get started which also includes a homework diary which I insist on.
30 minutes - £20.00
Half an hour once a weeks is the most popular lesson. This is suitable for beginners through to intermediate players of all ages. A regular weekly lesson encourges practice and 30 minutes is usually enough time to cover everything we need whilst keeping the younger ages interested.
45 minutes -£30.00
It is surprising how quickly 30 minutes will fly and sometimes it is useful to have that extra 15 minutes to make notes, talk about the extra details and try out different ideas. Especially useful when working on intermediate and more advanced repertoire.
60 minutes - £40.00
Not reccomended for younger children as concentration levels have usually dropped, an hour fortnightly or weekly is usually suited to the intermediate & advanced players who need more time to talk about the detail and put it into practice which can sometimes take a little longer at higher levels.
